The people I work with come in all sorts of different packages with a range of fears and issues, but tend to have some things in common:
- You came from a not-so-perfect background, or at least one you don't want to repeat for yourself or your family.
- You crave to feel less restless, and without-a-doubt clear about your decisions in your life and relationships.
- You often feel guilt (I did something bad) and shame (I am bad).
- You are terrified of rejection, and are proud to put yourself last.
- Drawing boundaries and engaging in conflict is not your thing.
- You feel resentment for those you love, but you're not sure how to shut it off.
- You feel stressed, disconnected ...and tired.
