Shhhhh... it’s the best kept parenting secret: the only way to be the kind of mother you want to be is to give all of that stuff you think great mothers give to you first. You want to be more nurturing? Nurture yourself more. You want to yell less? Stop beating yourself up so much. You want to be more attentive and present? Be more attentive to and conscious of your own needs.
This is your chance...
2 nights in one of the The Reserve's beautiful hillside 5 bedroom/5 bathroom homes. Dinner will be served on Friday, gourmet breakfasts will be served Saturday and Sunday, and an in-house, luxurious dinner will be provided on Saturday.

Mamas, SLEEP and CLEANLINESS and DELICIOUS FOOD are important to me. I went on a women's retreat a few years ago and came back ridiculously exhausted. Think migraine-inducing exhaustion. That's what happens when you share your yurt (think large tee pee) at camp with tiny critters who like to crinkle your KIND bar wrappers at night.
And I paid $330 for this.
I wanted something else, but just couldn't find it...so I've created it. I've scoured the area to find the sweet trifecta of clean and detail-oriented accommodations, breathtaking scenery, yummy food and drink, and ALL of this for a price that won't break the bank ($1000+ per person venues are EASY to find...as are less than $300 ones with terrible reviews like, "feels like you're going back in time...in a bad way").

5:00-8:00 Pure Fun: WholeheARTed Art with Elizabeth Lowder, MSW, LCSW
6:30-8:00 Nourishing: Dinner served in the main guest house
9:00 Rest: Quiet in the cottage
8:30-10:00 Connecting: Fireside circle and/or games (bring your favorite)
