My family, circa 2018…you have no idea how many bad pics it took to get this one.
Create a relationship you want your kids to see.
(Or at least one where you're not rehearsing arguments in the shower.)
Whether you're a little off-track or someone's already said the D-word, in 3 weeks you'll have clarity, some movement in a better direction, and a plan that works for YOU.
You might be here because…
You might be here because…
You're good co-parents and great logistics partners, and you feel like roommates.
You have the same fight over and over. Different topic, same fight.
One of you pushes and the other shuts down. Or you both shut down, and now it's quiet in a way that doesn't feel peaceful.
You love them. You just don't always LIKE them right now. And you feel guilty about that.
Nothing's on fire, but it's not great, and you'd rather deal with it now than in five years.
If you read that list and thought "…all of them?" you're in the right place.
You don’t need to resolve this conflict to feel better.
You need to feel better to resolve this conflict.
Here's the thing
You don't need to resolve this conflict to feel better. You need to feel better to resolve this conflict.
Most couples come in trying to win the argument, or at least get someone to finally admit who's right. That's not where we start. We start by figuring out the pattern you two keep getting stuck in, why it makes total sense that you're stuck there, and what to do instead.
I'm not a silent nodder. I'm direct and practical, and I work hard to find the next-best step that suits YOU. I’ve done a lot of self-work to be non-judgmental. F-bombs welcome. Tears welcome. Expect to laugh a little.
I've been doing this for nearly 20 years. I'm a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist, trained in Internal Family Systems, ADHD, and relationships. I've also been married since 2005, so I know how hard this is from the inside too.
How it works
STEP 1: The 3-Week Jumpstart | $1,380
Every couple starts here. You're not guessing how many sessions you need or committing to months of therapy before you know if it's a fit. We get the full picture first.
Week 1: Together (2 hours). Your history, what's happening now, and what you each want. Yes, two hours. That time lets us get past the surface stuff.
Week 2: One-on-one (1 hour each). Each of you gets time alone with me to say the things that are hard to say with your partner in the room.
Week 3: Together (1 hour). I tell you what I'm seeing, what's keeping you stuck, and exactly what I recommend next.
5 hours of focused work for $1,380. That's 20% off, or basically one hour free.

STEP 2: Your plan
After the Jumpstart, I'll recommend one of two directions:
Maintenance. You've got your footing, and you need consistent support to practice the new stuff and keep it from sliding. Sessions are spaced out.
Intensive. There's more to repair, like resentment, disconnection, or a rupture you haven't recovered from. Sessions are closer together so we build momentum and it doesn't stall between sessions.
Either path can be set up with a package of sessions, which saves you money and means you're not re-deciding every week whether to keep going.
The Packages

Let’s talk about money for a second…
This is an investment, and I won't pretend it isn't. For perspective, the average divorce costs $10–20K.
But staying stuck is already costing you. It just isn't labeled that way on your bank statement.
It's the $80 sitter for a date night you spent in silence. It's the vacation where you had the same fight in a nicer location. It's lying awake replaying the argument, then dragging through work the next day. It's the stress that eventually shows up at the doctor's office. And it's the tension your kids can feel even when you think you're hiding it.
Now multiply that by another five years.
That's why we start with 3 weeks, not a big commitment. You'll know whether this is working before you decide to do more.

You just have to take the next step.
