I don’t know…but I do know that after almost 20 years of working deeply with people, I seem to have a knack for quickly figuring out which threads to pull to get those inner knots unraveling.

There is no one-size-fits-all recipe for how to create a life that aligns uniquely with who you are. I understand that what works for me, or for other clients, might not work for you. We will focus on getting you clarity so that the specific to you next-best-steps become obvious…maybe still uncomfortable, but obvious.

I have tricks up my sleeve to help you get out of your own way, heal from whatever has hurt you, and start honoring yourself and what you need like never before. P.S. - Everyone wins when you do this.

The people I work with come in all sorts of different packages with a range of fears and issues, but tend to have some things in common:

  • You came from a not-so-perfect background, or at least one you don't want to repeat for yourself or your family.

  • You want to feel less restless and clearer about your decisions in life and relationships.

  • You often feel guilt (I did something bad) and shame (I am bad). 

  • You are terrified of rejection, and/or are proud to put yourself last.

  • Drawing boundaries and engaging in conflict is not your thing.

  • You feel resentment for those you love, but you don’t want to.

  • You feel stressed, disconnected, and like a battery that needs to be charged.

Take The Next Step

The first step in becoming a new client is scheduling a New Client Call. In this complimentary 20-minute call we will have a casual chat about what’s going on for you and where you would like to see change.

You do not have to be clear about ANYTHING before you schedule this call. I offer this because I know it’s what I would want if I were on your end; let’s make sure I’m a good fit for you before attending a session. In therapy, feeling comfortable with and confident in your therapist might be the most important factor in our work being successful. At the end of the call, I will make recommendations and/or referrals. If you’d like to move forward, I’ll email everything you need to get started scheduling appointments.

I meet with clients (individuals and couples) both in-person at my office in Kirkwood, MO, as well as over zoom during the following times:

Monday: 11:00am - 7:00pm

Tuesday: 11:00am - 7:00pm

Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Friday: 9:00am - 2:00pm
